Hi, I'm Kevin Collins, the Pre-Owned Manager at River Bend Ford in Bainbridge. I've been in the automotive industry since 2003 and have proudly served as a Sales Manager at River Bend Ford since 2012. Over the years, I've had the opportunity to help customers in a variety of roles, including assisting in our Finance Department when needed. Whether you're shopping for a vehicle, trading one in, or exploring financing options, my goal is to make the process as smooth and enjoyable as possible. I enjoy building lasting relationships with customers and helping them find the right vehicle to fit their needs and budget. When I'm not at the dealership, you'll usually find me bass fishing, hunting, or spending time outdoors. I look forward to meeting you and helping with all your automotive needs.

Billy Pfalzgraff is a seasoned automotive professional with more than 35 years of experience in the industry and currently serves as a General Sales Manager. Known for his leadership, dedication, and customer-focused approach, he has spent his career building successful teams and helping others achieve their goals. Billy is a devoted husband, proud father of five, and grandfather of four. Family is at the center of everything he does. Outside of work, he enjoys hunting, fishing, and spending time outdoors with family and friends. Guided by faith, integrity, and a strong work ethic, Billy believes in treating people right and living life to the fullest.

With over 30 years in the Southwest Georgia automotive industry, I specialize in making your vehicle shopping experience seamless and pressure-free. I earned my Finance degree in 1993 and have extensive experience in every aspect of dealership operations—from sales and finance to digital marketing. My Role at River Bend Ford Since 2016, I have served as your Internet Manager. I manage our entire online showroom, photograph our inventory, and run our digital advertising. My main goal is to ensure you get a friendly, transparent, and easy digital shopping experience before you ever step foot on our lot. Life Outside the Dealership Local Roots: Lifelong Donalsonville resident. Family: Married since 1993 and proud father of two. Fun Fact: Once managed a nationwide business selling vintage 1950s Ford parts to collectors.

Chris Carroll serves as Riverbend Ford’s New Car Inventory Manager and Sales Professional, bringing more than a decade of automotive experience to the dealership. Having worked in the automotive industry since 2015 and proudly serving the Riverbend Ford team since August 2017, Chris is committed to providing customers with an exceptional buying experience built on honesty, professionalism, and personalized service. Chris’s extensive knowledge of Ford vehicles and inventory management allows him to help customers find the perfect vehicle to fit their needs, lifestyle, and budget. Outside of work, Chris has been happily married to his wife for 15 years, and together they are raising their two wonderful children. Family is at the center of everything he does.
